Giant Animatronic Dragon Catches Fire During Disneyland Show, No Injuries Reported

The 45-foot-tall dragon representing Maleficent caught fire during the finale of the "Fantasmic!" show in Anaheim, California.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze and no guests or cast members were injured, though some cast members were treated for potential smoke inhalation.
Arson investigators are looking into the cause of the fire, and the show and nearby attractions were evacuated.
Due to the fire, Disneyland has suspended "all special effects like fireworks and flames used in similar entertainment experiences" indefinitely.
