Overview
- Temporary restrictions will be enforced from 7 am to 1 pm on January 18 under the Kasarvadavali Traffic Sub-Division, according to Thane City Traffic Police.
- The work involves installing a fabricated foot-over-bridge truss measuring 48 m by 3.80 m by 4 m, executed by RPS–PRS Joint Venture, Mumbai.
- Heavy vehicles from Mumbai and Thane will be stopped at Y Junction and Kapurbawdi Junction, with diversions via Kharegaon Toll Plaza–Mankoli–Anjurphata or via Kasheli–Anjurphata.
- Traffic from Mumbra and Kalwa will be held at Kharegaon Toll Plaza with a diversion via Kharegaon Bay Bridge–Kharegaon Toll Plaza–Mankoli–Anjurphata, while vehicles from Nashik will be blocked at Mankoli Naka and routed via a right turn under Mankoli Bridge to Anjurphata.
- Emergency and essential service vehicles are exempt, and motorists are advised to plan travel, follow diversion signs and cooperate with traffic personnel.
