Overview
- An FIR under robbery charges was registered at Link Road police station after two men posing as Swiggy and Blinkit agents forced entry into Mansi Jewellers on July 24.
- The robbers threatened and assaulted the sole employee at gunpoint before gathering about 20kg of silver, 125g of gold and ₹20,000 in cash, worth an estimated ₹30–38 lakh.
- CCTV footage shows the entire operation unfolded in just six minutes before the perpetrators fled on a motorcycle toward Delhi.
- Ghaziabad Police have mobilised six investigation teams to review CCTV and technical surveillance for clues, and no arrests have been made so far.
- Investigators are also probing the possible involvement of the lone employee who was on duty during the raid.
