GGPoker Acquires World Series of Poker for $500 Million

Caesars to retain hosting rights in Las Vegas for the next 20 years while NSUS Group plans global expansion.

The deal includes $250 million in cash and a $250 million promissory note due in five years.

NSUS Group aims to leverage GGPoker's technology to enhance and expand the WSOP brand worldwide.
Caesars Digital will maintain the WSOP Online operations in several US states for a specified period.
