Gerrit Marx Appointed as CEO of CNH Industrial, Olof Persson to Lead Iveco Group

Gerrit Marx, previously at Iveco, returns to CNH Industrial as CEO; Olof Persson steps in at Iveco, effective July 2024.

Gerrit Marx, formerly CEO of Iveco Group, is set to become the CEO of CNH Industrial starting July 1, 2024.
Marx's move coincides with Scott W. Wine's departure from CNH after completing the 2021 business plan.
Olof Persson, an independent director at Iveco, will replace Marx as CEO of Iveco Group.
The leadership changes are expected to continue the strategic initiatives and growth at both companies.
CNH has postponed its Investor Day presentation, initially scheduled for May 21, to accommodate the new leadership transition.
