Germany’s Libraries Prepare for First Nationwide 'Lange Nacht der Bibliotheken'

On April 4, 2025, approximately 1,600 libraries across Germany will host diverse evening programs to highlight their role as inclusive community spaces.

• The 'Lange Nacht der Bibliotheken,' an event that began in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2005, will be held nationwide for the first time this year.
