Overview
- Beekeepers reported an average 37.5 kg per colony, up 5.9 kg from 2024 and the highest level since the surveys began in 2011.
- Retail prices for a 500 g jar of blossom honey rose about 3% to roughly €6.60 as costs for jars, mite treatment, fuel and supplemental feed weighed on producers.
