- Near Frankfurt, the A661 toward Oberursel-Nord will be fully closed from Friday, Nov. 7 at 22:00 to Monday, Nov. 10 around 04:00 for resurfacing, and at the Offenbacher Kreuz the A3 southbound will close Saturday 17:00 to Sunday 17:00 as a temporary A661 bridge is lifted in, alongside related ramp restrictions.
- Preparatory works include a full closure of the A7 Grenztunnel Füssen from Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 18:00 to Thursday, Nov. 6 at 06:00 for milling and asphalt, with signed diversions via Austria’s B179 and regional routes.
- Authorities cite roughly 1,100 active roadworks nationwide and urge drivers to avoid the affected corridors or use rail, with additional regional impacts such as an A40 shutdown in Duisburg from Saturday morning to early Monday.
