• The Medizinischer Dienst der Krankenkassen assesses public insurance applicants and Medicproof covers private patients using a 64-question framework across six daily-living modules.
• Assessment points map to care grades 1–5 and determine benefit levels, with Pflegegeld ranging from €347 to €990 per month for grades 2 to 5.
