Germany Produced 1.07 Million Tonnes of Chocolate in 2024 as Output Fell 5.8%

Official 2024 data confirm Germany as a net exporter of chocolate.

  • Top import sources were Belgium (24.8%), the Netherlands (16.4%) and Poland (13.6%), while leading export destinations were France (12.3%), Poland (9.9%) and the United Kingdom (9.4%).
