• The Naturgefahrenportal, launched on April 11, 2025, provides centralized information on natural hazards, including weather, floods, and storm surges.
• Developed by the Deutscher Wetterdienst and federal agencies, the portal offers an interactive map with real-time warnings and scientific analyses.
• The platform currently covers four key warning areas: weather hazards, flood warnings, storm surge alerts, and civil protection notifications via the MoWaS system.
