German Truck Driver Sentenced to Four Years for Death of Cyclist Davide Rebellin

The driver was arrested in Germany in June 2023 following a lengthy investigation and was extradited to Italy under a European arrest warrant.
Rebellin's career was marred by a doping scandal, leading to the loss of his 2008 Olympic silver medal, although he continued to deny the allegations.
