German Movie Theater Chain CinemaxX to Screen NFL's Frankfurt Games

In a first-time partnership with DAZN, CinemaxX offers an innovative viewing option for sold-out Frankfurt NFL games, reflecting the growing popularity of American football in Germany.

CinemaxX, a German movie theater chain, in collaboration with DAZN, will broadcast the NFL games in Frankfurt at 18 of its locations, providing a new viewing option for those who couldn't procure tickets.
The games being screened are the Kansas City Chiefs versus the Miami Dolphins on November 5, and the New England Patriots against the Indianapolis Colts on November 12, both to be held at Deutsche Bank Park.
DAZN Group recently signed a 10-year agreement with the NFL to provide the Game Pass International service to fans outside the United States, with DAZN having aired games in Germany since 2016.
Germany has emerged as the NFL's largest market in Europe, with an estimated 18 million fans, 3.6 million of whom are considered 'avid' fans. The first regular-season game in the country was held last year.
Interest in the NFL in Germany is notably high, as evidenced by last year's game where fans flocked to the Audi Dome basketball arena in Munich and Deutsche Bank Park to watch on large screens.
