German Minister Delivers €90 Million Winter Aid to Ukraine

The aid includes mobile heating plants, with one facility already delivered to the Mykolajiw region to address infrastructure damages caused by Russian strikes.
Schulze inspected damaged energy facilities, including a power substation rebuilt with international funds, and emphasized the effective use of German financial assistance.
Germany has been a significant donor to Ukraine, providing €1.6 billion in humanitarian aid since February 2022, with a focus on rebuilding critical infrastructure.
This marks Schulze's second visit to Kyiv in 2024 and her fourth since the Russian invasion began, highlighting Germany’s commitment to supporting Ukraine's resilience.
