• On July 8, Sarah Grace Patrick, 17, voluntarily surrendered to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office in connection with the Feb. 20 shooting deaths of her mother and stepfather.
• Authorities say Kristin Brock, 41, and stepfather James Brock, 45, were found shot in their Carrollton home by their 6-year-old daughter, and Patrick then called 911.
• Patrick has been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault and will be tried as an adult.
