Georgia Teen Held Without Bond After 115-Mph Chase of Stolen SUV Ends in Rollover

  • Deputies removed the driver, 17-year-old Taylor Simpson, from the vehicle with minor injuries and took him into custody.
  • Simpson faces multiple felony and traffic charges, including fleeing, reckless driving, driving without a license, and giving a false name to an officer.
  • The SUV had been reported stolen out of Newnan on Jan. 21, and Simpson remains in the Fayette County Jail without bond.
