Georgia Mother Sentenced to Life for Murder in Attempt to Confront Daughter's Abuser

Danyale Harris, convicted of felony murder following a fatal shootout, sought justice for her daughter's sexual assault.

In March 2020, Danyale Harris discovered her 12-year-old daughter being sexually abused in a video, leading her to confront the abuser, Antonio Harley.
Despite police advice against seeking revenge, Harris and associates armed with handguns attempted to confront Harley at his apartment, resulting in a shootout.
During the confrontation, a 19-year-old accompanying Harris was fatally shot, leading to her conviction of felony murder and additional charges.
