Georgia Man Sentenced to 20 Years for Bombing Woman’s Home in Violent Stalking Plot

Stephen Glosser pleaded guilty to charges including stalking and using an explosive, with plans to terrorize the victim and her daughter through bizarre and violent means.

Stephen Glosser, 38, was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for bombing a woman’s home in Richmond Hill, Georgia, in January 2023 as part of a violent stalking scheme.
The plot included plans to release a python to harm the victim’s daughter, shoot arrows into the home, and mail dog feces and dead rats to the victim.
Glosser and co-conspirator Caleb Kinsey built the explosive device from materials purchased online and mapped the victim’s location using internet searches.
The explosion caused significant damage but injured neither the victim nor her daughter, who had moved into the home the day before the attack.
Glosser was ordered to pay over $500,000 in restitution, while Kinsey awaits prosecution in Georgia after being arrested on unrelated charges in Louisiana.
