• Aliakbar Mohammad Amin, 24, of Lilburn, Georgia, has been charged under federal law for transmitting interstate threats to harm Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and her family.
• Between March 29 and April 1, 2025, Amin allegedly sent text messages to Gabbard’s husband with explicit death threats, including 'You and your family are going to die soon' and 'I will personally do the job if necessary.'
