Georgia Man Arrested for Murder as Girlfriend's Body Found in Suitcase

  • Freddrick Durham has been charged with murder after his girlfriend, Margret Dubignon's body was found in a suitcase in the closet of the apartment they shared in Thomaston, Georgia.
  • Durham was arrested after Dubignon was reported missing and her vehicle was found to be missing; her body was discovered by relatives who returned to her apartment.
  • Dubignon's cause of death is yet to be determined pending an autopsy by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
  • Durham was apprehended in Atlanta, about two hours after, where he was located through license plate cameras tracking Dubignon’s missing vehicle.
  • In addition to the murder charge, Durham also faces charges of concealing a death, tampering with evidence, and motor vehicle theft.
