The winning ticket, sold in Buford, Georgia, ends the state's eight-year drought of Powerball jackpot winners.

The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on October 23 were 2, 15, 27, 29, 39, and the Powerball was 20.
The jackpot winner can choose between a $478 million annuity or a $230.6 million lump sum before taxes.
Georgia allows lottery winners to remain anonymous if they claim prizes over $250,000.
Two additional $1 million prizes were won by tickets sold in Pennsylvania and Texas.
The Powerball jackpot will reset to $20 million for the next drawing on October 26.
