The Georgia state house has granted final approval to a Republican-drawn congressional map, which will now head to Republican Gov. Brian Kemp's desk for approval.
The fourth Republican presidential debate saw biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy receiving the most speaking time, followed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
During the debate, Ramaswamy expressed admiration for founding father Thomas Jefferson, citing his invention of the swivel chair and his embrace of free speech.
Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie criticized the other Republican presidential candidates for not discussing former President Donald Trump during the debate, calling Trump a dictator and bully.
Christie's comments come after Trump vowed to prosecute critics and rivals if re-elected.
