• A Williamson County judge approved a capital murder warrant for Raul Franco Jr. on Sept. 26, which police said was served the same day.
• Franco, 26, has been in custody in Williamson and Bell counties since Sept. 14 on an unrelated charge.
• Investigators say he was known to the victims and is believed to be the adult son of Doneisha Brooks’ roommate, who was not in Texas at the time.
• The victims—Alonzo Hawkins, 34; Doneisha Brooks, 39; and Olivia Brooks, 8—were found the evening of Sept. 13, and police say evidence indicates the shootings occurred that morning.
