George Clooney sold his Los Angeles home to Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey for $14.5 million.
The 7,000-square-foot, six-bedroom property in Fryman Canyon was purchased by Clooney in 1995 for $2.2 million from Stevie Nicks.
The estate features multiple guest houses, a pool, a tennis court, and is surrounded by dense trees for privacy.
Culpo and McCaffrey, who married in June, plan to use the property as their marital home.
Clooney and his wife, Amal, maintain an international real estate portfolio with homes in England, Italy, France, and New York City
