Overview

  • The 312-page analysis attributes handwriting in notebooks 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8 to Oscar Centeno and finds their digital copies correspond to the originals, while the original of notebook 5 is missing.
  • Examiners recorded edits, tachaduras and sobrescrituras—especially in notebook 3—and said certain additions such as “Ing. Ferreyra,” “Armando,” and “Alem 855” could not be conclusively attributed.
  • Peritos cited neuromotor features consistent with Centeno’s script for the bulk of entries, but noted some added or overwritten text lacked spontaneity, limiting authorship determination.
  • The study could not establish absolute ink age because inks are non‑evolutive; it did find relative timing differences and the use of multiple pens and inks, and noted image-only review cannot assess pressure or speed.
  • TOF 7 scheduled a preliminary hearing for September 24 and plans to open the oral trial on November 6, with Cristina Kirchner the principal accused, 74 defendants, 626 witnesses and weekly remote hearings.
