The company positions scale on an operations-first model built around custom fleets plus a standardized service hub.

  • The firm outlined a three-stage roadmap moving from testing to a transition toward driverless service with hybrid operations, then to global commercialization using fully customized Robotaxi models.
  • CaoCao inaugurated its first Green Intelligent Transit Island, a hub that supports automated battery swapping, cleaning, in-cabin tidying, smart dispatch, and automatic payment.
  • The Robotaxi 2.0 phase will introduce the CaoCao Zhixing Ras remote safety service platform and full digital asset management to enable large-scale automated fleet operations.
  • CaoCao signed a strategic agreement with Qianli Zhijia for deeper Robotaxi collaboration, while future plans envision eVTOL connections and low-Earth-orbit satellite links as a longer-term aspiration.
