The third apartment, solely registered in Gauahar Khan's name, spans 1,104 sq. ft. and was purchased for ₹2.80 crore, benefiting from a 1% stamp duty concession under Maharashtra's policy for female buyers.
All three apartments are located on the 14th and 15th floors of the Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society and include three car parking spaces.
