- IIT Guwahati has enabled objections to the provisional answer key on the GOAPS portal, with links also on gate2026.iitg.ac.in.
- Candidates must log in with their enrolment ID or email and password to view response sheets, the master question paper, and file challenges.
- Because questions and options were shuffled during the exam, candidates must map their jumbled responses to the Master Question Paper to contest a key.
- Provisional-status candidates may view their recorded responses on GOAPS but are not permitted to submit objections.
- Each objection requires a non-refundable fee per question, reported as Rs 500, and valid submissions will inform a final, non-contestable key ahead of March 19 results.
