Gas Explosion in Naples Kills Four Family Members, Including Two Children

A suspected gas explosion caused a building collapse in Saviano, resulting in the deaths of a mother, her two young children, and their grandmother.

The explosion occurred early Sunday morning in a two-story home in Saviano, near Naples.
The deceased include a mother, her 6-year-old son, 4-year-old daughter, and their grandmother.
The father and a newborn baby were rescued from the rubble; the father is in serious condition, while the baby's injuries are not life-threatening.
Rescue teams, including more than 60 civil protection volunteers, worked through the night to recover the victims.
