Overview
- The incident occurred on Oct. 6 during a rideshare trip from Arizona Street in Gary to the Lake County Community Corrections Kimbrough Center in Crown Point.
- Indiana State Police identified the passenger as 22-year-old Isaiah Malik Johnson, who allegedly fondled and exposed himself and made suggestive remarks while seated in the front seat.
- The driver told him to leave and reported the encounter to Kimbrough Center staff immediately after the drop-off.
