A woman claims Busey rear-ended her car and drove off without exchanging insurance information.
The alleged victim filmed her confrontation with Busey in a parking lot and filed a police report.
Busey acknowledged having Progressive insurance but refused to provide his information to the woman.
The case is being investigated by the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station traffic detectives.
