Busey was photographed with his sweatpants partially lowered, exposing himself while relieving himself near a bush.
This is not the first time Busey has been caught in such a situation. In 2022, he was photographed with his pants around his ankles on a bench near his home in Malibu.
Busey has previously been charged with sex crimes and harassment after allegedly groping multiple women at a Monster-Mania Con in New Jersey, which he denied.
It is unclear if Busey's behavior is a result of the permanent brain damage he sustained in a severe motorcycle accident in 1988.
