Gardewine Group Acquires Westman Courier & Freight

The acquisition expands Gardewine's service network in Manitoba and North Western Ontario.

Gardewine Group Limited Partnership has signed a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Westman Courier & Freight.
The acquisition is expected to close on October 1, 2024.
Westman Courier, founded eight years ago, operates a fleet of 75 trucks and vans with depots in multiple Manitoba communities and Thunder Bay, ON.
Westman Courier's customers will benefit from Gardewine’s extensive service options and 70 years of industry experience.
Gardewine President Darin Downey emphasized the shared commitment to customer service and community between the two companies.
