  • GameStop is auctioning the stapler used in the June 5 Staten Island mishap along with the embedded staple, the repaired Switch 2 console and its retail packaging as a single lot.
  • By July 10, the eBay auction’s highest bid had climbed to $108,895.
  • Bidding will continue through July 16 at 12:51 PM ET before the lot closes.
  • All proceeds from the auction will benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
