Game of Thrones actor Hafþór 'Thor' Björnsson and his wife, Kelsey Henson, announced the stillbirth of their daughter, Grace Morgan Hafthorsdottir, who was born at just under 22 weeks of gestation.
The couple shared the news on Instagram, revealing that they noticed a decrease in movement before discovering that their daughter's heart had stopped beating.
In their posts, they expressed their overwhelming love for their daughter and their grief over the loss, stating that their 'hopes and dreams for her have been taken away'.
They also shared images of their 3-year-old son, Stormur, holding his baby sister and expressed their belief that Grace's spirit lives on through them and her siblings.
Björnsson and Henson, who were married in 2018, had previously announced in October that they were expecting a child, after experiencing difficulties in getting pregnant.
