Overview
- The national weather agency raised alerts to orange for the Rías Baixas and coastal Pontevedra as intense convective storms continued to affect large parts of Pontevedra and Lugo.
- MeteoGalicia recorded more than 2,400 lightning strikes by mid-afternoon and reported concentrated rainfall totals in Pontevedra province, including about 36.5 l/m2 in Forcarei.
