- Goldberg's father, Bill Goldberg, was a standout defensive tackle for the Georgia Bulldogs and played for the Atlanta Falcons, where he was teammates with Deion Sanders.
- Goldberg chose Colorado over offers from Alabama, Duke, San Diego, UCF, and UTSA.
- Goldberg is the seventh addition to Colorado's 2024 recruiting class, which also includes 5-star offensive lineman Jordan Seaton.
