Gadkari Calls for Youth Leadership as Advantage Vidarbha Expo Set for Feb. 6–8 in Nagpur

The AID-led event seeks to boost Vidarbha’s industrial profile through a gradual handover to newer leaders.

  • The expo enters its third year and will run February 6–8 in Nagpur, aiming to draw investors and participants to the region.
  • Organised by AID president Ashish Kale, the initiative was conceptualised by Gadkari, who serves as AID’s chief mentor.
  • Participation is slated from textiles, plastics, minerals, coal, aviation, logistics, IT, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, defence, real estate, renewable energy and startups.
  • Gadkari framed his remarks as guidance to encourage renewal, saying the event’s goal is to strengthen Vidarbha’s place on India’s industrial map alongside balanced growth across industry, agriculture and services.
