• On August 13, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees formally wrote to Badshah seeking details about the sponsorship of his September 19 Dallas concert by 3Sixty Shows
• The federation cited government directives issued after the April Pahalgam terror attack and subsequent military strikes as grounds for avoiding collaborations with Pakistan-linked entities
• FWICE requested an immediate explanation and warned it may impose regulatory measures under its industry regulations if Badshah fails to clarify his association with the organisers
• As of August 14, Badshah had not publicly responded to the federation’s letter or addressed the sponsorship concerns
• The notice follows a similar FWICE warning to actor Kartik Aaryan over a Houston event, after which organisers removed his name when his team denied any involvement
