Overview
- Fuvest administered its first-phase test on Sunday, Nov. 1, using 80 multiple-choice questions and a five-hour time limit to emphasize interdisciplinary assessment.
- Local administrations ran dozens of sites across São Paulo and other states with specific counts including 2,009 expected candidates in Mogi das Cruzes and 1,640 in Fortaleza, which hosted Fuvest for the first time.
- The UFPR vestibular was held the same day in 12 cities with 43,290 registered applicants, a 9.4% rise from last year that prompted transport and access measures in places such as Curitiba.
- Organizers enforced standard exam rules: gates opened around midday, candidates must show photo ID and use transparent blue or black ballpoint pens, and devices, watches and other items are banned.
- Fuvest will publish second-phase convocations on Nov. 23, run second-phase exams on Dec. 6–7 with specific-competence tests Dec. 8–11, and announce the first call for enrollment on Jan. 26, 2027.
