Funeral Set for Padraig McDonald, 20, After Boxing Day Cookstown Crash

Police are seeking witness footage in an ongoing collision inquiry.

  • Occupants of the black Golf and the black Corsa are not believed to have suffered serious injury, and the Drum Road remains closed for collision investigation work.
  • Funeral arrangements have been announced for Monday at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Loughmacrory, as McDonald’s GAA club and local representatives pay tribute and support appeals for dashcam or CCTV evidence quoting reference 30 26/12/25.
