Overview

  • The early July quality-of-life patch will tackle movement desyncs, rubber-banding and ability activation issues to make combat more reliable.
  • Game director Joel Bylos confirmed the Deep Desert endgame will remain a PvP-only zone with no PvE version planned.
  • Funcom intends to roll out additional Hagga Basin–style maps at no cost alongside major story and PvE expansions every three to four months.
  • After being cut during development, the sandwalking mechanic will return to let players traverse Arrakis without attracting sandworms.
  • All future content updates will be free, with optional paid DLC reserved for substantial expansions.
