Overview
- Disney confirmed nightly performances of Frozen Holiday Surprise begin Nov. 8 with a 6:15 p.m. show available to regular park guests and a second 8:15 p.m. showing on Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party nights.
- ABC will tape its holiday specials at Magic Kingdom on Nov. 10 and 11, and Disney has moved the daytime Festival of Fantasy parade off the schedule for those two days.
- Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade will run at 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 10 and 11 to allow filming, giving day guests a rare chance to see the holiday parade without a party ticket.
- Several daytime stage and Main Street acts will be reduced or canceled during the taping, including large cuts to Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire, no Dapper Dans shows on Nov. 10, and fewer Casey’s Corner pianist sets.
- Nighttime entertainment is expected to run as scheduled, footage from the Nov. 10–11 taping will be used in ABC’s Nov. 30 and Dec. 25 holiday broadcasts, and guests are advised to check the My Disney Experience app for possible last‑minute changes and viewing-detour instructions.
