No illnesses have been reported, but the recall is a precautionary measure after routine testing found listeria at a Brantford, Ontario facility.
Listeria poses serious health risks, especially to pregnant women, newborns, older adults, and those with weakened immune systems.
Consumers are advised to check their freezers for recalled products and either dispose of them or return them for a refund.
This is the third significant listeria-related recall in recent months, following similar issues with deli meats and ready-to-eat poultry products.
