Frosthaven Board Game Adaptation Heads to PC with Beta Launching March 27

Snapshot Games, led by X-COM creator Julian Gollop and original designer Isaac Childres, is adapting the acclaimed board game Frosthaven into a tactical RPG with new features and environments.

The video game adaptation of Frosthaven is being developed by Snapshot Games with input from Isaac Childres, designer of the original board game.
A closed beta will run from March 27 to April 24, 2025, featuring six starting character classes and 20 quests.
The full game will include over 130 quests, tactical turn-based combat, outpost management, and co-op multiplayer for up to four players.
New content exclusive to the video game includes the Metallic Ruins environment and a more robust tutorial system.
Frosthaven will launch on PC via Steam Early Access later in 2025, expanding accessibility for fans and newcomers alike.
