- For Friday, November 7, vehicles with blue sticker, plates ending in 9 or 0, and verification hologram 1 or 2 are barred from 5:00 to 22:00.
- The rule covers all 16 boroughs of Mexico City and 18 State of Mexico municipalities, with homologation extending equivalent limits to verified vehicles from Hidalgo, Morelos, Puebla and Tlaxcala.
