French Ubisoft Employees to Strike Over Return-to-Office Policy

The Syndicat des Travailleurs et Travailleuses du Jeu Vidéo (STJV) has called for a strike from October 15 to 17.
The strike is in protest of Ubisoft's new policy mandating employees return to the office three days a week.
STJV claims the policy was implemented without consulting workers' representatives and will disrupt employees' lives and work.
The union is also demanding salary increases and a restoration of profit-sharing agreements.
This strike follows a similar action in February, and comes amid Ubisoft's financial struggles and project delays.
