Freezing Rain Advisories in Northeast Pa. and Upstate N.Y., With Chenango and Broome Extended to 3:30 A.M.

  • An update at 1:01 a.m. Wednesday extended the freezing rain advisory for Chenango and Broome counties until 3:30 a.m.
