• Rímac hosts a similar campaign on Saturday, September 20 at Parque de la Marina on Av. Prolongación Flor de Amancaes, prioritizing minors, adults 60+ and people with disabilities with a Conadis card or medical certificate.
• The campaigns provide free renewals, personal data updates, duplicates and domicile changes with proof of address, and include a no-cost photograph for applicants.
• Reniec now issues only the DNI electrónico 3.0, while existing blue and yellow IDs remain valid until their printed expiration and can be used to vote on April 12, 2026 if still current.
