Overview
- Miraflores will offer free DNIe 3.0 from January 12 to 30 at Casa Tovar and Casa de la Mujer, operating 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. on weekdays with service until daily caps are reached.
- Comas is running a free DNIe drive from January 7 to February 13 at the Municipal Palace (Av. España, P.J. La Libertad, km 11) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for minors, adults 60+, and people with disabilities.
- San Juan de Lurigancho is attending January–February at the Subgerencia de Programas Sociales (Av. El Bosque 311, Canto Grande) for target groups with 50 slots per day, while Villa El Salvador is conducting January sessions for eligible residents.
- The effort follows Reniec’s Resolution No. 000213-2025/JNAC/RENIEC published in El Peruano, authorizing 470,000 free DNIe in 2026 for minors (including low‑income children and newborns treated in Minsa/EsSalud facilities), seniors, people with disabilities, declared organ donors, and Armed Forces/PNP personnel in the electoral context.
- Reniec reported a 2025 output of 8,081,340 DNI as DNIe 3.0 adoption grew, and the current drives also handle renewals, duplicates, and data rectifications at no charge for the eligible population.
